Before we get into our dream briefs, though, it’s worth sharing a bit about the kinds of projects we love. Because we love a lot! The phrase that we find ourselves repeating is purpose-driven. When we say purpose-driven, we mean people who care a lot. About other people, about the planet, about a problem, or a feeling, or an industry. We want to work with people who care, passionately, about something that they think will make the world better. And that’s really our only must-have.
So if you don’t see your exact brief in here—and spoiler, you probably won’t—don’t let that discourage you. The diversity of this work is what keeps us excited.

The American healthcare system is a mess. In fact, it’s probably messier than any other developed nation’s. And that’s a hard pill to swallow, even for those of us with a lengthy morning medication routine. We want to help companies change that. Maybe you’re bravely tackling billing or helping patients navigate insurance. We’re here for it. Especially if you’re doing it with a little bit of swagger. Of course this approach won’t be right for most in healthcare—it’s a delicate space where people often feel their most vulnerable. Brief 03: A pet brand for the weird
Pets are the best. Especially my little chumpalumpa. My little king of the jungle. Who loves little kisses on her little wet nose? Oh yes you do. Oh yes you do. Oh... you’re still reading this. Suffice to say, we love pets, and we think it’s funny how pet brands tend to focus on how weird and goofy our pets are. But, ahem, how weird are their humans? We think there’s a fun opportunity to flip the script when it comes to pet stuff. To celebrate the way that we’re instantly transformed into the absolute weirdest puddles of goo when it comes to our precious poofs. Want to make a weird pet brand? So do we.
Brief 04: Something stylish and sustainable
Climate change is serious. But the solutions can be fun. So let’s give people a reason to choose clean. We’re manifesting a stylish, sustainable brand to be the beacon of better tomorrows. Maybe it’s a shampoo brand that cares about curls and corals (you can have that one for free, L’Oreal). Or someone Reformation-esque (call us, Ref). The choice to be planet-positive should be a no-brainer—we want to help make it that way.
